Thank you to Will and Katy Fox for showing me around the Lyde Green Farm in Rotherwick, which is one of Hampshire County Council's farms. It was excellent to see - first hand - the work that they do and to hear their passion for dairy farming.
Next, I visited Newlyns Farm and was treated to a fabulous working lunch afterwards. It’s a fantastic place, and a great showcase for diversity in farming. Newlyns has a thriving farm shop, Cooking School and Cafe - do pop in and have a look!"
